As a high school English teacher, my primary responsibility is to instruct students in the English language and literature. I plan and deliver engaging lessons that cover various aspects of English, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills. I also help students improve their public speaking and critical thinking abilities.
In addition to teaching, I assess student progress through regular homework assignments, quizzes, and exams. I provide feedback to help students understand their strengths and areas for improvement. I collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our diverse student body.
