As a parent of a primary school student, reflecting on my child's English learning journey is essential. Initially, I was apprehensive about the language barrier and the complexities of English grammar and vocabulary. However, with consistent practice and exposure to English-speaking environments, my child has made remarkable progress.
I realize now that my involvement in their learning process is crucial. I have started attending parent-teacher meetings and checking their homework regularly to ensure they understand the concepts. Moreover, we have incorporated English conversations at home and watched English movies together, which has significantly improved their listening and speaking skills.
