蒙山大佛（也称晋阳西山大佛）是一尊位于山西省太原市晋源区寺底村西北的摩崖大佛，为太原市文物保护单位。
蒙山大佛开凿于【北齐天保年间】，原是蒙山开化寺后的摩崖佛像。唐高祖李渊、唐高宗李治与皇后武则天、后唐武皇帝李克用、后汉高祖刘知远都曾来此礼佛。Mengshan Giant Buddha (also known as Jinyang Xishan Giant Buddha) is a cliff giant Buddha located in the northwest of Sidi village, Jinyuan District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, and is a cultural relic protection unit in Taiyuan City. The Big Buddha of Mengshan was dug in the Tianbao period of the Northern Qi Dynasty. It was originally a cliff Buddha statue behind the Kaihua Temple of Mengshan. Emperor Gaozu Li Yuan, Emperor Gaozong Li Zhi and Empress Wu Zetian, later Emperor Wu Li Keyong, and later Emperor Gaozu Liu Zhiyuan all came here to pay homage to Buddha.
