Interviewer: Hi there! Can you tell me your name and where you're from?
Interviewee: Sure, my name is John and I'm from the United States.
John: Well, I wanted to experience a new culture and improve my Chinese language skills. Plus, China has a very rich history and I was interested in learning more about it.
Interviewer: That's great. How do you like living here so far?
Interviewer: Sounds like you're having a great time. What do you think are some of the biggest challenges for foreign students studying in China?
John: I think one of the biggest challenges is the language barrier. It can be difficult to communicate sometimes, especially with locals who don't speak much English. Another challenge is the cultural differences - everything from food to social norms can be quite different from what I'm used to back home.
Interviewer: Yeah, those can definitely be tough. But on a positive note, have you made any good friends here?
